1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
7. Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to security efforts to prevent product thefts.
9. Ensure product safety and proper handling in the warehouse.
10. Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures.
11. Organize and conduct product counting and stock-takes.
12. Track product flow using the SAP system.
13. Manage product flow during repairs and markdown activities.
14. Handle returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines and deadlines.

1. Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are desirable.
2. High affinity for luxury products.
3. Strong sense of responsibility.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Mature and assertive demeanor.
7. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
8. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
