1. Support general operations of the training program.
2. Assist in the preparation and execution of training sessions.
3. Organize and manage training materials and related documents.
4. Translate training documents from English to Japanese and ensure accuracy.
5. Create and update training presentations using PowerPoint.
6. Input and maintain data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
7. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
8. Assist with in-store training and on-the-job training (OJT) support.

1. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in business-level English, including reading and translating materials.
3. Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for creating and managing documents.
4. Attention to detail and ability to work swiftly and accurately.
