1. Support the Retail Performance team in monitoring and analyzing store performance across all markets and prepare weekly retail performance reviews for the Head of Retail.
2. Assist with HQ initiatives across markets, including push money, incentive schemes, store workforce reporting, and staff monitoring.
3. Prepare and analyze retail KPIs, both actuals and targets, in collaboration with the CRM team.
4. Conduct ad hoc and daily business analysis to enable timely decision making.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
2. Preferably previous internship experience in retail or consumer goods companies.

1. Strong analytical mindset and interest in business performance and patterns.
2. Ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights.
3. Fluent English (written and spoken).
4. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
