- Maximize sales and ensure profitability through meticulous management of operating expenses.
- Guarantee exceptional client experiences by leading by example and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to share objectives and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to support and increase sales, leveraging synergies among stores.
- Communicate effectively with store staff regarding client complaints, special requests, and critical situations.
- Manage local VIP clients, proposing dedicated actions and expanding the client portfolio.
- Organize and execute events and promotional activities to enhance customer base and sales.
- Oversee product management processes, including delivery, stockroom management, and handling.
- Ensure impeccable store presentation and liaise with relevant functions for necessary interventions.
- Maintain effective communication between stores and other functions, particularly retail and visual merchandising.
- Motivate and inspire the team, fostering internal growth through succession planning.
- Oversee and develop store structures, managing staff and coordinating activities according to guidelines.
- Promote cooperation between Retail Operations, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Communication teams.
- Facilitate regular communication between the company, Store Managers, and staff through meetings.
- Develop and coach Store Managers, managing recruitment, training, development, and retention plans.
- Ensure adherence to grooming standards as set by headquarters.
- Collaborate with Retail, Communication, and PR departments to achieve sales targets and strategic goals.
- Business/Retail Management degree
