1. Maximize sales and ensure profitability through meticulous management of operating expenses.
2. Guarantee exceptional client experiences by leading by example and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with Store Managers to share objectives and implement corrective measures as needed.
4. Develop and implement strategies to support and increase sales, leveraging synergies among stores.
5. Communicate effectively with store staff regarding client complaints, special requests, and critical situations.
6. Manage local VIP clients, proposing dedicated actions and expanding the client portfolio.
7. Organize and execute events and promotional activities to enhance customer base and sales.
8. Oversee product management processes, including delivery, stockroom management, and handling.
9. Ensure impeccable store presentation and liaise with relevant functions for necessary interventions.
10. Maintain effective communication between stores and other functions, particularly retail and visual merchandising.
11. Motivate and inspire the team, fostering internal growth through succession planning.
12. Oversee and develop store structures, managing staff and coordinating activities according to guidelines.
13. Promote cooperation between Retail Operations, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Communication teams.
14. Facilitate regular communication between the company, Store Managers, and staff through meetings.
15. Develop and coach Store Managers, managing recruitment, training, development, and retention plans.
16. Ensure adherence to grooming standards as set by headquarters.
17. Collaborate with Retail, Communication, and PR departments to achieve sales targets and strategic goals.
