1. Oversee the conception and execution of retail events, collaborating with various company functions to interpret creative briefs and maximize sales.
2. Manage all aspects of event realization, including location scouting, timing, set design, budgeting, and supervision of services such as catering, security, and logistics.
3. Administer dedicated budgets, plan activities, and control costs associated with event execution.
4. Identify and negotiate with new vendors and suppliers to enhance event implementation within budget constraints.
5. Monitor competitor activities within the event management sphere.
6. Gather and analyze local market needs to inform event strategies.
7. Produce comprehensive qualitative and quantitative reports on organized events.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
3. Proficiency in English and Korean.

1. Strong relational, managerial, and organizational skills.
2. Interest in and aptitude for fashion and luxury products.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.
