Miu Miu Retail Events Manager — North Europe

1. Lead end‑to‑end conception and execution of in‑store events and activations, ensuring alignment with brand creative direction and corporate standards.
2. Develop innovative retail event concepts tailored to local market needs and prepare proposals for alignment with headquarters.
3. Oversee logistics and operations for events including venue sourcing, timeline management, budgeting, catering, security, casting, fittings and guest management.
4. Plan, manage and reconcile event budgets across stores; monitor timelines, costs and financial controls.
5. Source, evaluate and manage vendors and suppliers to optimise event delivery and cost efficiency.
6. Produce qualitative and quantitative post‑event reports, monitor return on investment and recommend improvements for future activations.

1. Proven event management experience, preferably within luxury fashion or high‑end retail.
2. Strong organisational skills with demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and external partners.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Keen interest in fashion and an understanding of luxury client expectations.

Demonstrated track record in planning and delivering retail or brand events, ideally within the luxury or fashion sectors, with responsibility for concept development, supplier management and post‑event analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
