1. Assist in managing the global PR sample process, collaborating with internal stakeholders and editors, and handling daily sample requests.
2. Oversee the dissemination of information and materials such as prices, captions, images, and press releases to editorial offices.
3. Support coordination with subsidiaries and work closely with global PR teams in organizing presentations and collecting strategic updates.
4. Manage content, press folders, and archives, ensuring efficient coordination of PR sample production and monitoring production timelines.
5. Coordinate product shipping activities to subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
6. Conduct DMR editorial evaluations and competitor analysis, monitoring subsidiary results to enhance brand strategy consistency across global media.
7. Identify media trends and opportunities to leverage for brand amplification.
8. Manage press lists, contacts, mailings, and galleries using Launchmetrics.
9. Organize and prepare deliveries and shipments, including press gifts and thank you presents, and support in show and event organization.

1. Previous internship experience in PR, Communications, or Marketing, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.

2. Strong relational, managerial, and organizational skills with a results-oriented approach.
3. Ability to prioritize objectives and meet deadlines.
4. Interest in and affinity for fashion and luxury products.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Proficient in English.

Prior internship experience in PR, Communications, or Marketing within the luxury or fashion industry is preferred.
