Miu Miu Press & VIP Intern

Miu Miu is the experimental, feminine ready-to-wear and accessories label within the Prada Group. 1. Coordinate sample send-outs and returns; maintain sample inventory and update image proposals.
2. Prepare garments for viewing (steaming, inspection) and ensure all pieces are presented in pristine condition.
3. Manage domestic and international logistics for sample deliveries, liaising with couriers to guarantee timely arrivals.
4. Track VIP appearances across media channels, including photo agencies and social platforms, and monitor press coverage.
5. Maintain and update regional media and VIP contact lists.
6. Research emerging talent in film, music and fashion for potential collaborations and compile monthly reports on trends and rising talent.
7. Assist with organisation and on-site support for VIP fittings, events and seasonal gifting (including birthday gifts).
8. Provide general administrative support to the VIP team and contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.

1. Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
2. Previous experience desirable (internship-level experience acceptable); experience at a luxury brand or agency preferred.
3. Solid understanding of VIP and press management fundamentals, including showroom processes.
4. Strong sense of ownership, reliability and accountability.
5. Confident handling administrative and logistical tasks with a forward-thinking, detail-oriented approach.
6. Professional presentation skills and a hands-on attitude.

Some prior experience is preferred; internship-level experience in PR, communications, talent relations or within a luxury brand or agency is acceptable and advantageous.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, PR, Fashion, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
