1. Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Manager to achieve sales and sell-through targets.
2. Monitor and manage sales performance on a daily, monthly, and annual basis to meet sales budgets.
3. Develop and align buying strategies with the headquarters team.
4. Identify target assortments to match regional market needs and maximize sales opportunities.
5. Conduct product training for regional teams, including pre-launch and in-season sessions.
6. Participate in special projects such as capsules, store events, and pop-ups.
7. Manage inventory levels to maximize sales and maintain stable stock for carry-over items.
8. Conduct extensive market research and analysis.
9. Foster collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Retail, Stores, and other related divisions.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Fluency in English and Japanese at a business level.
3. Over 10 years of merchandising experience in the luxury industry.
4. Experience in a retail environment with a strong understanding of retail processes and procedures.
5. Willingness and ability to travel.
