1. Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Manager to achieve sales and sell-through targets.
2. Monitor sales performance on a daily, monthly, and annual basis to meet sales budgets.
3. Develop and implement buying strategies in alignment with the reporting line and headquarters team.
4. Identify target assortments to match regional market needs and maximize sales opportunities.
5. Conduct product training for regional teams, including stores, before and during new season launches.
6. Participate in special projects such as capsules, store events, store restyling, pop-ups, and Gaisho events.
7. Manage and monitor inventory levels to maximize sales and maintain stable inventory at the store level, achieving sell-through targets for seasonal options.
8. Conduct extensive market research and analysis.
9. Foster strong collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Retail, Stores, and other related divisions.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent

1. Proficiency in English and Japanese at a business level
2. Over 10 years of merchandising experience in the luxury industry
3. Experience in a retail environment with hands-on knowledge of retail processes and procedures
4. Willingness and ability to travel
