1. Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Manager to achieve sales and sell-through targets.
2. Monitor and manage sales performance on a daily, monthly, and annual basis to meet sales budgets.
3. Develop and implement buying strategies in alignment with the headquarters team.
4. Identify and curate target assortments to align with regional market demands and maximize sales opportunities.
5. Conduct product training for regional teams, including pre-launch and in-season sessions.
6. Participate in special projects such as capsule collections, store events, restyling, and pop-up events.
7. Manage inventory levels to optimize sales and maintain stable stock across stores, ensuring sell-through targets are met.
8. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.
9. Foster strong collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Retail, Stores, and other related divisions.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent

1. Proficiency in English and Japanese at a business level
2. Over 10 years of merchandising experience in the luxury industry
3. Hands-on experience in a retail environment with a deep understanding of retail processes and procedures
4. Willingness to travel

A minimum of 10 years in merchandising within the luxury fashion industry, with substantial experience in retail environments.
