1. Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Manager to achieve sales and sell-through targets.
2. Oversee and analyze daily, monthly, and annual sales performance to meet budgetary goals.
3. Develop and implement buying strategies in alignment with headquarters and report lines.
4. Identify and curate target assortments to meet regional market demands and maximize sales opportunities.
5. Conduct product training for regional teams, including pre-launch and in-season sessions.
6. Manage special projects such as capsule collections, store events, restyling, pop-ups, and Gaisho events.
7. Monitor inventory levels to optimize sales and maintain stable stock for carryover items, achieving seasonal sell-through targets.
8. Conduct extensive market research and analysis.
9. Foster strong collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Retail, Stores, and other related divisions.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Business proficiency in English and Japanese.
3. Over 10 years of merchandising experience in the luxury industry.
4. Experience in a retail environment with comprehensive knowledge of retail processes and procedures.
5. Willingness to travel.
