1. Implement and maintain store windows and interiors according to guidelines and creative inputs from the Visual Merchandising Manager.
2. Support the setup and maintenance of window displays and interiors, adapting them to the specific merchandising needs of individual stores.
3. Set up and maintain in-store merchandising, implementing guidelines based on sales trends, market peculiarities, and customer targets.
4. Address specific store visual merchandising challenges, including store size and inventory levels.
5. Implement visual strategies aligned with business needs.
6. Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising Department to implement appropriate outfits for the market, customers, and season based on available stock.
7. Provide training to shop staff to ensure displays meet corporate standards.
