- Supervise clienteling activities and define development plans for Client Advisors.
- Perform customer and KPI analysis to monitor CRM performance.
- Assist in designing CRM action plans aligned with business needs and event calendars.
- Review Client Advisor performance and provide individual development plans.
- Design and implement action plans for data collection, client retention, and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate on in-store product launches, events, and client experiences.
- Ensure staff training on Clienteling tools and CRM strategies.
- Manage training materials and sessions on CRM topics.
- Support Sales Staff in managing VIC Clients and growing this segment.
- Collaborate with PR Department for celebrity and influencer management.
- Work with Local Retail team to enhance store performance.
- Stay informed on market and consumer trends to improve staff fashion sense.
- Grow the store's customer community through event participation.
- Proven experience in CRM or clienteling within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills for KPI and customer data analysis.
- Experience in designing and implementing CRM strategies.
- Clienteling mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in CRM or clienteling roles within the luxury fashion industry is required.
