- Oversee and streamline operational processes to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house teams.
- Ensure all team members are informed of operational activities and updates.
- Manage operational coverage of the store based on business demands.
- Report standards to headquarters monthly.
- Administer the digital time and absence management platform in collaboration with the Store Director.
- Facilitate communication between front and back-of-house teams using the in-store radio system.
- Manage refreshment and catering orders for client-facing activities.
- Lead and develop the stock team, conducting meetings and providing feedback.
- Oversee stock activities, ensuring proper handling and organization of merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines for returns, transfers, and other stock-related processes.
- Monitor KPIs for back-of-house operations and collaborate with stock controllers to optimize performance.
- Oversee e-commerce activities and ensure smooth integration with stock operations.
- Track VIC orders and support the customer journey.
- Monitor repair processes and collaborate with stock and client advisor teams.
- Manage and track exports with stock controllers.
- Oversee packaging and stationery inventory.
- Work with the Store Director to manage the store's P&L.
- Oversee the functionality of the POS system and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct daily banking reconciliations and manage monthly financial reporting.
- Manage third-party supplier relationships and oversee related costs.
- Serve as the main point of contact with IT for system issues.
- Conduct weekly health and safety checklists and oversee new starter training.
- Manage store maintenance and coordinate with third-party suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines in the event of theft.
- Similar experience in a previous position
- Ability to execute operational procedures accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
