1. Supervise clienteling activities of store staff and define development plans for each Client Advisor.
2. Perform weekly and monthly customer and KPI analyses to monitor store CRM performance.
3. Assist the Store Manager in designing the CRM action plan, considering business needs and event calendar.
4. Review and analyze Client Advisor performance on Clienteling and Retail KPIs, providing individual development plans.
5. Design and implement action plans focusing on data collection, local client retention, and brand loyalty.
6. Collaborate with other departments on in-store product launches, events, and client experiences.
7. Ensure store staff is well-trained in Clienteling tools.
8. Manage local training materials and sessions on CRM topics, including clienteling strategy and best practices.
9. Support Sales Staff in managing VIC Clients and growing this client cluster.
10. Collaborate with PR Department in managing celebrities and influencers.
11. Work with the Local Retail team to improve store performance.
12. Maintain a good knowledge of market and consumer trends to enhance store staff's fashion sense.
13. Ensure growth of the store’s customer community through participation in external events.

1. Proven track record of sales performance and growth through personal clienteling efforts.
2. Expertise in changing store team behaviors around clienteling through training and insights.
3. Familiarity with competitors and passion for consumer trends.
4. Proficiency in Excel and ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from reports.
5. Fluent spoken English.

Demonstrated experience in sales performance and clienteling within the luxury fashion industry.
