- Develop long-term client relationships by personalizing interactions.
- Respond efficiently to client inquiries, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products.
- Assist clients with post-sale inquiries, including delivery, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve client order issues promptly by liaising with boutiques and concessions.
- Engage in active listening to address client concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the Client Service Team Leader to escalate issues appropriately.
- Support Store Operations in managing client queries and requests.
- Attend educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance.
- Strive to achieve and exceed KPI targets while maintaining excellent client service.
- Represent the brand by delivering a high level of luxury service.
- Passion for connecting with clients and fostering personalized relationships.
- Exceptional client service skills, including active listening and communication.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask insightful questions and manage tense situations.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Fluency in German, English, and Italian (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and make decisions.
Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury sector is preferred.
