1. Serve as a brand ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
2. Manage and motivate the department team to meet sales targets and ensure exceptional client service.

4. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager and drive the team to exceed KPIs.
