1. Serve as a brand ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
2. Lead and motivate the department team to meet sales targets and ensure an exceptional client service experience.
3. Analyze department performance and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
4. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager and drive the team to exceed KPIs.
5. Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
6. Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities.
8. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
9. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
10. Facilitate effective communication and encourage information sharing through morning briefings.
11. Ensure in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
12. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
13. Maintain the visual presentation of the department and ensure efficient back-of-house organization.
14. Protect company assets and uphold staff grooming standards.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are desirable.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
