1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the company's values and ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
2. Manage and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
3. Ensure an exceptional customer service experience, promoting cross-selling among product categories.
4. Analyze department performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
5. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
6. Drive the team to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
8. Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
9. Strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities and acquisition of new local customers.
10. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
11. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
12. Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing within the team.
13. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
14. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
15. Ensure the visual presentation of the department meets brand standards.
16. Oversee back-of-house organization and ensure protection of company assets and adherence to grooming standards.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, demonstrating leadership and sales management capabilities.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
