- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the company's values and ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
- Manage and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Ensure an exceptional customer service experience, promoting cross-selling among product categories.
- Analyze department performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
- Strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities and acquisition of new local customers.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing within the team.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure the visual presentation of the department meets brand standards.
- Oversee back-of-house organization and ensure protection of company assets and adherence to grooming standards.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
