1. Lead, train, and coach the team to achieve sales goals and ensure exceptional client experiences.
2. Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
3. Conduct regular performance discussions and create actionable plans with the Store Manager.
4. Provide consistent feedback and coaching to ensure a seamless client experience.
5. Train the team on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge.
6. Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
7. Create a positive and harmonious work environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
8. Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
9. Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives.
10. Expand the store's client base by engaging with new prospects.
11. Ensure exemplary product care and adherence to corporate guidelines.
12. Monitor category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets.
13. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to maximize category potential.
14. Ensure stockroom organization maximizes efficiency and selling opportunities.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Fluent spoken English is expected.
