1. Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
3. Ensure excellence in client experience by leading by example on the sales floor.
4. Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
5. Promote Omni Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
6. Ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction through the execution of the 'Brand Selling Ceremony.'
7. Act as a staff motivator, promoting team spirit and cultivating a positive environment.
8. Train and inspire the department sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
9. Identify talents within the team for internal development opportunities.
10. Ensure effective and efficient care of the company's assets and support synergy between front and back of house.
