1. Act as a Brand Ambassador and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
2. Manage and motivate the department team to exceed sales targets and ensure exceptional client service.
3. Analyze department performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
4. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager and foster e-commerce channel development.
5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities.
6. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
7. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
8. Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing within the team.
9. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
10. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
11. Ensure effective visual presentation and back-of-house organization.
12. Protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.
