1. Ensure exceptional customer service and foster cross-selling among product categories.
2. Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
3. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
4. Drive the team to exceed their KPIs.
5. Stay updated on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
6. Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
7. Strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities and acquiring new local customers.
8. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
9. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
10. Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through morning briefings.
11. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
12. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
13. Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization.
14. Protect the company’s assets and ensure staff grooming standards.
