Miu Miu CRM Senior Manager

- Define and lead the CRM, clienteling and client development strategy for Miu Miu Japan, ensuring alignment with Global while tailoring local action plans.
- Drive achievement of CRM KPIs (data quality, prospect capture, outreaches, private appointments, redemption) across assigned stores and networks.
- Monitor and report store performance weekly and monthly, translating results into corrective plans and coaching priorities.
- Own regional VIC and high-potential client strategies: identification, tailored development plans and performance management.
- Govern clienteling tools and digital CRM platforms; liaise with HQ to request enhancements and resolve critical issues.
- Convert CRM dashboards and analytics into actionable recommendations and build recurring performance reviews for Retail, Corporate and Executive stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Training, Events & Experience, Merchandising and Communications to align targeting, events and personalized activations.
- Develop and grow the CRM community through training, coaching and best-practice dissemination to reinforce high-quality outreach and appointment culture in stores.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in CRM, client development and clienteling leadership, ideally within luxury retail.
- Proven track record of influencing store behaviour through training, coaching and operational governance.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Flexibility for regional travel and varied working hours.
