1. Ensure accuracy of customer data inputted by store team and validate data accuracy in system.
2. Review and analyze Client Advisors’ performance, including all elements of KPIs and MBOs.
3. Provide Store Manager with individual Client Advisor overview and strategy.
4. Launch and monitor new CRM systems/functions in store.
5. Communicate with local Retail team regarding system/function enhancements and customer lists/reports.
6. Generate and assist in the interpretation of reports in store.
7. Manage customer lists and ensure strategized local marketing activities.
8. Assist Store Manager in setting up in-store CRM action plans considering the event calendar and business environment.
9. Conduct regular CRM training with sales staff.
10. Support Store Manager in activities related to customer satisfaction surveys, focusing on store feedback collection and customer follow-up actions.

1. Strong experience in retail, ideally as a department or team manager.
2. Proven track record of strong client development.

4. Familiarity with Excel functions and analytical skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Extensive experience in retail, preferably in a managerial role, with a focus on client development and CRM systems.
