1. Analyze and calculate costs for Ready-to-Wear garments throughout all product lifecycle stages (development, prototyping, industrialization).
2. Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams to gather data and define cost parameters.
3. Monitor cost variations and provide detailed reports to support pricing and margin decisions.
4. Update and maintain corporate information systems with costing data (CAP3000), ensuring data accuracy.
5. Analyze discrepancies between estimated and actual costs, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
6. Support the team in defining cost optimization strategies while ensuring compliance with brand quality standards.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in Excel and main data analysis tools (knowledge of ERP systems such as SAPP, Stealth, and Cap3000 is a plus).
2. English language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
3. Negotiation skills and team collaboration aptitude.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
