1. Maintain e-commerce operations by reviewing order and payment platforms.
2. Manage day-to-day order review queues, ensuring service levels are met and orders are processed timely.
3. Review orders for fraudulent activity and identify fraud patterns.
4. Partner with the finance department to manage chargebacks and provide backup information.
5. Report weekly and monthly order review statistics to management and colleagues.
6. Utilize advanced knowledge in SAP for order management, data integrity, and performance reporting.
7. Lead the development and implementation of standardized operational processes and policies.
8. Manage fraud and chargeback flow.
9. Handle carrier claims and follow-up.
10. Collaborate with boutiques and store operations to ensure positive client experiences.
11. Monitor and raise tickets to local IT as needed.

1. 2+ years experience in a similar role in Client Services, Digital, or Retail.
2. Experience in client services or luxury retail is a plus.
3. Experience with working in an E-Commerce environment.

1. Analytical skills and strong Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, and large data pulls.
2. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to multitask.
3. Customer-centric approach with high level of interpersonal skills.
4. Flexibility to work variable shifts Mon-Sun 9am-8pm.
5. Ability to analyze data and create fraud prevention tactics.

2+ years experience in a similar role in Client Services, Digital, or Retail.
