Miu Miu Client Service Order Management Specialist

- Maintain e-commerce operations by reviewing order and payment platforms.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all order review queues, ensuring timely processing and adherence to service levels.
- Review orders for fraudulent activity and identify fraud patterns.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage chargebacks and provide necessary documentation.
- Report weekly and monthly order review statistics to upper management.
- Utilize advanced SAP knowledge to identify system and process enhancements.
- Lead the development and implementation of standardized operational processes and policies.
- Manage fraud and chargeback flow.
- Handle carrier claims and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with boutiques and store operations to ensure seamless client experiences both in-store and online.
- Monitor and escalate issues to local IT as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within Client Services, Digital, or Retail.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and data management.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, Monday to Sunday, 9am-8pm.
- Experience in client services or luxury retail is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze data and develop fraud prevention strategies.
- Experience in an e-commerce environment.
- Willingness to engage in core projects related to operational development.
A minimum of two years in a comparable role within Client Services, Digital, or Retail sectors is required.
