1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as needed.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
8. Ensure product security and prevent theft.
9. Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise per corporate procedures.
10. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
11. Track product flow using the SAP system.
12. Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns and manage product flow during repairs.
13. Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to corporate guidelines.

1. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. High affinity for luxury products.
3. Strong sense of responsibility.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is preferred.

A degree in Business or Retail Management is advantageous.
