1. Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying Miu Miu's philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales while ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience.

4. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships.
5. Promote an Omni Channel approach and collaborate effectively with team members.
6. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
7. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
8. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
9. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as needed.
10. Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
11. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
