2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.

6. Handle customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to security measures to prevent product thefts.
9. Ensure the safety of products during the handling process in the warehouse.
10. Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures.
11. Organize and perform product counting and stock-takes.
12. Track product flow using the SAP system.
13. Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
14. Ensure returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries follow corporate guidelines and deadlines.

1. Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are desirable.
2. High affinity for luxury products.

5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Mature and assertive demeanor.
7. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
