1. Welcome clients and deliver the full "client journey ceremony", ensuring an exceptional luxury in‑store experience at all times.
2. Identify client needs, build meaningful relationships and develop long‑term loyalty through personalised service and clienteling.
3. Capture and maintain customer data in the Company CRM to support ongoing engagement and future sales opportunities.
4. Adopt and promote an omnichannel approach to client service, coordinating with digital and store channels to maximise opportunities.
5. Actively cross‑sell across departments and proactively pursue individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Maintain up‑to‑date product and brand knowledge and monitor fashion trends and competitor activity.
7. Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and shop‑floor presentation in line with Miu Miu operational guidelines.
8. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
9. Contribute to loss‑prevention and security measures to protect product integrity.

1. Fluent spoken French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
2. Demonstrable passion for retail and luxury fashion, with a strong interest in art and design.
3. Proven experience building long‑lasting client relationships (clienteling) in a retail environment.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
5. Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
6. Availability for retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a high‑end boutique environment with a proven track record of clienteling, achieving sales KPIs and managing CRM records.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or fashion is a plus.
