1. Serve as the brand ambassador who embodies Miu Miu’s values and conveys the brand philosophy to clients.
2. Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through personalised greeting, styling guidance and attentive service.
3. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using an individualised approach and CRM/digital tools.
4. Proactively pursue sales opportunities, cross-sell across departments and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product collections, fashion trends and competitor activity.
6. Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet brand merchandising standards and operational guidelines.
7. Manage customer concerns professionally, escalating to line management when required.
8. Support loss-prevention measures and contribute to a secure retail environment.

1. Demonstrable passion for customer relations and luxury retail sales.
2. Proven ability to build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; English required.
4. Team-oriented with the capacity to work independently when necessary.
5. Strong interest in fashion, art and design, with product-category expertise.
