5. Engage customers with an excellent in-store experience, maximizing sales opportunities through cross-selling across departments.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
7. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
8. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company guidelines and stock procedures.
9. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

2. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

2. Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is required.
