1. Provide an exemplary in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with operational guidelines.
8. Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
9. Ensure product safety and proper handling in the warehouse.
10. Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement following corporate procedures.
11. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
12. Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
13. Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
14. Ensure efficient returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines.

1. Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
