- Provide an exemplary in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with operational guidelines.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
- Ensure product safety and proper handling in the warehouse.
- Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement following corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
- Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Ensure efficient returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines.
- Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
- High affinity for luxury products.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Mature and assertive demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and digital tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of SAP system for inventory management.
- Understanding of luxury fashion trends and market dynamics.
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
