1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and enhance client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, consulting with management when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Strong passion for human relations and sales.
2. Proficiency in problem-solving with a keen interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Experience in building lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Deep passion and knowledge of the product category managed.
7. Fluency in German and English.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
