- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activities.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, collaborating with management when needed.
- Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
- Ensure product security and prevent theft.
- Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement per corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
- Oversee product flow during repairs and markdown activities.
- Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to corporate guidelines.
- Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong affinity for luxury products.
- High sense of responsibility and maturity.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
