- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a superior in-store experience.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving management as needed.
- Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
- Ensure the safety of products and materials during handling processes.
- Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
- Oversee product flow during repairs and markdown activities.
- Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines.
- Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong affinity for luxury products.
