1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a superior in-store experience.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving management as needed.
7. Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
8. Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
9. Ensure the safety of products and materials during handling processes.
10. Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures.
11. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
12. Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
13. Oversee product flow during repairs and markdown activities.
14. Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines.

1. Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
