1. Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
2. Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
3. Exceed KPI goals by providing high-quality sales and customer service.
4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
5. Capture customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
6. Promote an Omni Channel mindset to enhance the customer experience.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with care and respect, utilizing digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
10. Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually, leveraging technology.
11. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and an organized stock room.
12. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
13. Foster a positive working environment through teamwork, open communication, and embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Passion for human relations and sales
2. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
7. Fluency in spoken Mandarin

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
