- Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Miu Miu's philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to deliver exceptional service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and develop future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with customers.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team, when necessary.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Adhere to company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand environment is required.
