1. Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring optimal service both in-store and via e-commerce channels.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage clients and provide expert advice.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with Back of House, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
15. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

1. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
