1. Greet clients and deliver a boutique experience aligned with luxury standards and the House’s identity.
2. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalised service and proactive clienteling.
3. Use CRM and digital tools to manage client records, follow-ups and targeted communications.
4. Maximise sales opportunities and execute effective cross-selling across all product categories to meet individual sales KPIs.
5. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends and competitive activity.
6. Manage client enquiries and escalations, liaising with managers when necessary to resolve issues.
7. Ensure the sales floor meets visual merchandising and display standards and comply with operational and stock procedures.
8. Support store loss-prevention and security measures to protect merchandise and customers.

1. Strong enthusiasm for sales and client-facing interaction.
2. Demonstrated ability to create and grow client relationships; previous retail or luxury experience is an advantage.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to act swiftly and professionally on client issues.
5. Team-oriented with the capacity to work autonomously when required.
6. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with proven ability to establish and develop client relationships; prior retail or luxury sales exposure preferred.

Currently enrolled in higher education (business, fashion, retail or related discipline) or equivalent.
