1. Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the Maison’s luxury standards and brand values.
2. Welcome clients and develop privileged, long-term relationships through a personalised service approach.
3. Leverage CRM and digital tools to manage client data, follow up opportunities and strengthen loyalty.
4. Maximise sales performance and pursue cross-selling across all product categories to achieve individual targets and KPIs.
5. Maintain thorough knowledge of the Maison’s collections and the competitive landscape; remain alert to fashion trends.
6. Handle routine customer enquiries and escalate disputes to the store manager when necessary.
7. Ensure the sales floor is immaculately presented and compliant with visual merchandising/display standards.
8. Apply operational procedures for stock management and contribute to loss-prevention and security measures.

1. Strong commercial instinct with genuine enthusiasm for client-facing sales.
2. Keen interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
3. Proven ability to create and nurture customer relationships; prior client-facing or retail experience preferred.
4. Effective problem-solving skills; responsive and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations.
5. Team-oriented with the capacity to work autonomously when required.
6. Availability for a summer internship period (seasonal summer placement).

Demonstrated customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality, ideally within fashion or luxury brands; evidence of building and sustaining client relationships and meeting sales targets.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a tertiary programme (bachelor’s level preferred) in fashion, business, marketing, luxury management or a related field.
