1. Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to meet customer needs both in-store and online.
3. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, and brand DNA.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage effectively with customers.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stock room organization.
13. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, inventory, and reporting.
14. Foster a positive working environment through teamwork and open communication, embracing diversity and inclusion.

1. Passion for fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
2. Relevant sales experience, preferably in the Luxury/Fashion/Cosmetics industry.
3. Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales.
4. Good team player and result-oriented.
5. Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
