- Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to meet customer needs both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage effectively with customers.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stock room organization.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, inventory, and reporting.
- Foster a positive working environment through teamwork and open communication, embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Passion for fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in the Luxury/Fashion/Cosmetics industry.
- Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales.
- Good team player and result-oriented.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong sales acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and digital tools.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends.
Relevant sales experience, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry.
