1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
5. Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as necessary.
6. Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
7. Contribute to security measures to prevent product thefts and ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
8. Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise per corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
9. Organize and conduct product counting and stock-takes.
10. Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
11. Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
12. Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines and deadlines.

1. Fluent in spoken English; proficiency in other languages is desirable.
2. Strong affinity for luxury products.
3. High sense of responsibility.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Mature and assertive demeanor.
7. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.

Prior experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
