- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as necessary.
- Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent product thefts and ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
- Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise per corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
- Organize and conduct product counting and stock-takes.
- Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
- Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Fluent in spoken English; proficiency in other languages is desirable.
- Strong affinity for luxury products.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Mature and assertive demeanor.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
Prior experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
