1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to ensure up-to-date brand and product knowledge.
5. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
7. Contribute to security measures to prevent product thefts and ensure the safety of products and valuable materials during handling.
8. Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
9. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes, ensuring accurate product flow tracking through the SAP system.
10. Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns, repairs, returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries, adhering to corporate guidelines and deadlines.

1. Fluency in spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
2. High affinity for luxury products and a keen interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
