1. Prioritize the customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and meeting all client needs, adhering to the 'client journey ceremony.'
2. Strive to exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
3. Surpass KPI goals while ensuring top-tier sales and customer service.
4. Possess comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, culture, and DNA.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide advice.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize company digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and organized stock rooms.
13. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster a team-oriented environment, promoting open communication and embracing diversity and inclusion.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.

2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.
