1. Create a welcoming environment for clients and provide exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop personalized client relationships.

5. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
6. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
7. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
8. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
9. Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
10. Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays, complying with Miu Miu's operational guidelines and stock procedures.
11. Contribute to a high level of security and remain vigilant to prevent product theft.

3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities
7. Fluency in French and English; Russian language skills are a significant advantage

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is required.
