1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activities.
5. Demonstrate extensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with line management as needed.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
8. Ensure product security and prevent theft.
9. Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement following corporate procedures.
10. Organize and execute product counts and stock-takes.
11. Track product flow using the SAP system.
12. Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns and manage product flow during repairs.
13. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries.

1. Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
