1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
5. Effectively address customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
7. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Fluency in German and English.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
3. Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the luxury retail market.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
